How can I track my package?

When your package leaves our logistics centre, an e-mail with all necessary informations is sent to you.
You can track your parcel from heading my account / My orders by clicking « delivery tracking status ».

My parcel arrived damaged.

If the shipment comes to your place in bad damaged conditions, you must refuse it and get into contact with our client service serviceclients@luxxa-boutique.fr

The item I received does not correspond to my order.

If the content of your package doesn’t correspond to your order, you can send back the parcel after reported it to customer service by e-mail : serviceclients@luxxa-boutique.fr
If a mistake was made on our part, the return fees will be chargeable to us.

The package and billing are discrete?

All packages are neutral whitout any mentions except the owner of the Luxxa official shop : SARL I-MAX which is the same name appearing on the bank statement.

"Satisfied or money back"

In accordance with the regulations in force, you have a right of withdrawal from 14 days after receiving your parcel and you may return it for exchange or refunding.
